VIETNAM ASSOCIATION FOR RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF MEDICAL AND BIOTECHNOLOGY
Based on Decree No. 63/2022/ND-CP dated September 12, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Interior;
Based on Government Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP dated April 21, 2010, regulating the organization, operation, and management of associations, and Government Decree No. 33/2012/ND-CP dated April 13, 2012, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 45/2010/ND-CP.
The Charter of the Vietnam Association for Biomedical Research and Application was approved by the Association's first term Congress (2022-2027) on August 14, 2022, in Hanoi.
REGISTER AS A MEMBER
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Legal rights are protected by the Association in accordance with the law.
They have the right to participate in discussions and decisions on the Association's work policies in accordance with the Association's regulations; and to make recommendations and proposals to competent authorities on issues related to the Association's field of activity in accordance with the law and the Association's Charter.
They are entitled to participate in conferences, seminars, professional training, scientific research, technology transfer, and support for the publication and posting of scientific research works in the Association's journals in accordance with the law and the Association's Charter.
The Association reviews their work and creations, and when necessary, recommends that the government reward or recognize their work and protect their copyright.
