VAMBRA Enters Strategic Partnership with NUS Medicine Digital Advanced Technology Accelerator (Singapore): Driving Innovation and Mental Healthcare in Vietnam

On December 17, 2025, in Singapore, the Vietnam Association of Medical and Biomedical Research & Applications (VAMBRA) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the NUS Medicine Digital Advanced Technology Accelerator.
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huan, President of VAMBRA, and Dr. Jonathan Gwee, Director of the NUS Medicine Digital Advanced Technology Accelerator. This partnership is established to build a comprehensive support ecosystem for high-tech healthcare solutions, focusing on the following key objectives:
Startup Support: Facilitating the exchange and promotion of potential healthcare startups between the two nations.
Clinical Trials: Collaborating on international-standard research and clinical trials.
Market Access: Supporting commercialization roadmaps to bring advanced medical products from Singapore to Vietnam and vice versa.

MangaChat: A Pioneering Solution for Mental Health and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
Directly within the framework of the working session, VAMBRA took its first concrete step by signing an MOU to officially introduce MangaChat to the Vietnamese market. MangaChat is a flagship project featured in the NUS 2025 Startup Accelerator Program.
MangaChat is a breakthrough digital platform focusing on:
Mental Healthcare: Providing scientific tools that help children recognize, express, and manage their emotions effectively.
Social-Emotional Learning (SEL): Assisting educators and healthcare professionals in creating a compassionate learning environment, fostering children's comprehensive psychological development and social interaction skills.
